Instructions for Event Coordinators

Click here or on the Event Registration Form link to the left to download the 2008 Ye Olde Snowdown Official Event Entry Form. After you have downloaded the form to your computer – save it with a name, then fill it out. Remember we need all 4 pages filled out, even if the "Budget" page is just marked "not applicable."

Check last year's event schedule (Click here or on the "Calendar" link above.) for your event's description and let us know what changes – time? Days? Descriptions? Need to be made. We will make all changes for theme language, so no need to do that unless the creative urge hits you.

If there are no changes, just mark the front of the form "Everything same as last year" and we will use the same contact info for the event coordinators, same time, days, and general description.

You can print off the form and fax it to Marlene G. at 247-1223 or you can email it to coco2@snowdown.org. EVENT ENTRY DEADLINE IS 10/31 !!!!!!!!!that's HALLOWEEN!.
